Elevated Work Platform Assessment Only (TLILIC2005A) (1 Day)
This course is designed for students that hold a Yellow Card for Boom Lift (up to 11m) ticket or have had experience using a Boom Lift and need to sit the assessment to gain their licence. There is no training for Boom Lift offered on this course. The course is designed to assess the skills and knowledge of the participants to undertake Boom type Elevated Work Platform operation in accordance with Safe Work Australia's National Standard for Licencing Persons Performing High Risk Work (April 2006). The course includes both theory and practical assessments. The students are provided with the Elevated Work Platform training manual from Access Training Centre prior to the course on confirmation of the course booking to assist the participant in the preparation & education for the theory assessment.
On successful completion of both the theory and practical assessments, the participant will be issued a Statement of Attainment for TLILIC508A Licence to Operate Boom type Elevated Work Platform (above 11m). The participant will also be given an invoice for the amount of $67.00 dollars payable to SafeWork SA at any Service SA Centre for the lodgment of the new nationwide High Risk Licence.
Scissor Lift Training can also be added to this course. If the student has a current CITB number, there is no additional charge for Scissor Lift with the Elevated Work Platform Course.
