Hazardous Substances Awareness (TLID2003A)
This course covers anyone working in Transport, Warehousing, Distribution and Storage industies who may handle goods and/or hazardous substances. This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to handle dangerous goods and hazardous substances, including identifying requirements for working with dangerous goods and/or hazardous substances. The course covers confirming site incident procedures, selecting handling techniques, handling and storing dangerous goods and hazardous substances. On successful completion of the course, students will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for the unit TLID307D Handle Dangerous Goods / Hazardous Substances.
