About The Accces Training Centre
In 1994 a law was passed requiring operators of Elevated Work Platforms (EWP's) and Loadshifting equipment, such as Forklifts, Front-end Loaders, Backhoes and Skid Steer Loaders (Bobcats) to be licensed.
With this law change, ACCESS TRAINING CENTRE evolved at Netley (SA) in March 1995. Since that time ACCESS TRAINING CENTRE has grown to become one of South Australia's foremost training organizations.
In that time ACCESS TRAINING CENTRE has delivered training throughout South Australia, New South Wales, Western Australia and even New Zealand. Training has been delivered to the Construction, Civil and Allied, Manufacturing, Defense, Mining, Airline and Automotive Industries.
In 2002 ACCESS TRAINING CENTRE was granted Registered Training Organization (RTO) status.The business was aquired in 2003 by JET (M) Enterprises Pty Ltd. Mike Williams joined the company in 2005.
ACCESS TRAINING CENTRE has always shown a great commitment to associations, particularly the Elevating Work Platform Association of Australia with Mike being the current SA Chairman.
In July 2006, ACCESS TRAINING CENTRE, aquired the services of Danny Harmer as Training Manager. Danny's knowledge of the training industry, not only in SA but interstate, is second to none. Marisa Buchella also joined our team.
Our latest additions in 2007 was Wayne Welsh, who has over 17 years experience in the Training industry.
In January 2008, Access Training Centre, aquired the business of Don Whiting Training Service. Don's commitment to earthmoving training will continue with Access Training Centre and we look forward to servicing his clients as our own. Claire Vile has also joined us as our Operations Manager and has extensive experiance in the training industry in the UK.
As you can see with our growth and our commitment and dedication, along with the desire for excellence ACCESS TRAINING CENTRE will continue to grow and deliver a high quality of Training to meet the requiremenst of Industry.
