ATC Terms & Conditions
FEES
The fees for scheduled courses include:
• Tuition
• Paperwork & Course Manual
• Refreshments (no lunch is included in the fee)
The fees for training at customer’s premises:
• Please refer to quote given.
• Trainer accommodation & travel expenses in regional areas are always in addition to the course fee.
• Any ’out of hours’ training will be subject to a 15%
surcharge added to the invoice. (Out of hours -weekdays after 5pm/evening courses/weekend courses/public holidays).
• Training course prices are GST exempt.
• Charges will apply to minimum numbers quoted
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
Where registration has been completed
• ATC confirms client and/or Learner bookings via: Email;
• Online Bookings: and/or Telephone - Spaces are booked on a first come first served basis.
Course Prerequisites (e.g., dogging ticket; White Card etc.)
Failure to provide required prerequisites withing 5 business days of the course will result in cancellation from the course.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment must be received prior to the start date of the course or at the time of booking (otherwise bookings cannot be guaranteed).
• Invoices can be sent provided you have registered business ABN number. Please note that all invoices must be paid in full prior to the start date of the training course.
• Clients with approved accounts are exempt from this requirement.
• We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, eftpos or cash
CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY TRAINING BOARD (CITB)
Registering for a CITB number is the responsibility of the Learner. Failure to meet CITB’s eligibility criteria will result in the Learner being liable for full cost of the course. Your CITB number and date of birth is required prior to the course date. The CITB number must be valid at the time of undertaking the course. ATC reserves the right to charge the course balance if CITB cannot be claimed. Contact CITB on www.citb.org.au or 08 8172 9500 for more information about CITB Number.
Course Cancellations / Transfers (1-3 Day Courses)
• 3 or more working days prior to the course:
Cancellations – Full course cost refund ($25 fee applies)
Transfers – No charge
• 2 working days prior to the course:
Cancellations – will receive a 50% refund ($25 fee applies)
Transfers – 50% of course fee cost applies
• 1 working day prior to the course:
Cancellations – No refund
Transfers – full course fee cost applies
Course Cancellations / Transfers – (TTM, HSR & 4-5 Day Courses)
• 5 or more working days prior to the course
Cancellations – Full course cost refund ($25 fee applies)
Transfers – No charge
• 4 working days prior to the course
Cancellations – will receive a 50% refund ($25 Fee applies)
Transfers – 50% of course fee cost applies
• 3 working days or less prior to the course
Cancellations – No refund
Transfers – full course fee cost applies
Substitutions can be made at any time should the nominated learner be unable to attend. Any non-attendees will be liable for the full course fee.
Course Cancellations – Corporate bookings client site
• 5 or more working days prior to the course. Full course cost will apply to cancel the booking
NOTE: ATC reserves the right to cancel or amend a course ensuring that the student (and any affected client, as applicable) is given as much notice as practicable. If ATC cannot offer the course that has been paid for Learners will be entitled to a Full Refund within 14 days of the scheduled date of commencement of the course. ATC will not be liable for any losses experienced by the customer arising from such cancellation.
ILLNESS/SICKNESS
Illness (1–3-day courses only)
• Medical certificate to be provided to us within 24 hours from the course date to allow a transfer. No refunds will be available. No more than 1 transfer due to illness will be accepted.
Illness (TTM, HSR & 4 – 5-day courses)
Learner will be placed on Standby. ATC will advise of any late notice cancellations and can make a spot available. No further charges will apply.
If the learner chooses to attend at a later date the learner will be subject to ATCs transfer policy and could incur a further 50% of the cost of the course
